What happens after the deck is the whole job
The deck is the easy part. Any capable team can produce a clear, well-argued strategy. The hard part, and the part that creates the value, is everything that happens after the deck is approved.
That is where most engagements quietly end and most strategies quietly stall. The room moves on, ownership blurs, and the document becomes a reference no one returns to.
It is also the reason we stay embedded. We treat approval as the start of the work, not the finish, and we hold ourselves to what changes in the months that follow.
The value is created on the ground, in the unglamorous business of governance, tracking, and adoption.
