Adoption is a behaviour problem before it is a process problem
Most strategies do not fail in design. They fail in adoption. The plan is sound, the slides are clear, and yet six months later very little has actually changed in how people work.
The reason is rarely the process. It is the behaviour around the process. People do not decide the way an org chart says they should. They decide the way habit, incentive, and social proof push them to.
So we start from the decision, not the diagram. We map where the real choices are made, who influences them, and what would make the new way the path of least resistance rather than an extra task.
Designed this way, adoption stops being a training problem solved at the end and becomes the thing the strategy is built around from day one.
